Went in a few months ago. Great service, excellent advice. Was going for a 271 (if I recall), thought about an ms291 but, after talking through the job with the salesperson, bought an ms311. I've only done about 20hrs or so on it so far, but excellent saw. Possibly could've gone a bit bigger (felling and cutting up dead messmate for track safety), but don't need to rush.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Genuine, trusted advice and supportive approach to customer service. Willing to help you and go the extra mile. Made me feel so comfortable and respected being a female customer.
